860 Burr Street
Located on Burr Street, off of Scott Street, this community park is a favorite local spot for fishing and walking. It features two ponds with fishing piers, paved walking paths, and a rentable picnic shelter with 10 tables, a grill and outlets. Picnic shelter can be rented by contacting the Parks and Forestry office.
3221 N. Adrian Hwy.
Our largest community park features softball fields, soccer fields, bicycle and walking trails, benches, playground, picnic shelters and tables, grills, hiking trails, and a sledding hill. This park offers large open spaces for corporate picnics, special events, or group outings. The park plays host to many softball tournaments and is also the home of the Stubnitz Environmental Education Center. Picnic shelters can be rented by contacting the Parks and Forestry office.
Other areas may be rented, fees based on space needed.
263 W. Maumee St.
Located at the corner of Church Street and West Maumee Street, this park provides a beautiful entry into Downtown Adrian from the West. It is set next to the scenic River Raisin and features our Millennium Sculptures, water fountains, benches, a gazebo, a grill and a stunning array of floral gardens.
1090 Broad Street
From ball fields to benches, playgrounds and picnic shelters, this scenic community park is certain to appeal to the whole family. Located at the end of North Broad Street it is home to the popular Island Park Community Build Playground. Picnic shelters can be rented by contacting the Parks and Forestry office.
905 S. Winter Street
Located in the heart of Adrian at the corner of South Winter Street and Summit Street, this neighborhood park features a ball field and playground equipment.
Over 7 miles of paved trail that stretches from South Main Street through Downtown Adrian to just south of Tecumseh (Ives Road and Green Highway). The scenic trail runs through parks, residential areas, wooded areas, and farmland. It is perfect for biking, walking, running, or in-line skating.
711 Treat Street
Located at Center Street and Treat Street, this neighborhood park offers playground equipment, a picnic shelter, picnic tables and basketball courts.
436 E. Maumee Street
Located between Church Street and Maumee Street, the park is a tribute to Adrian’s veterans. It features floral gardens, picnic tables, benches, and several war monuments.
721 Erie Street
Located at Erie Street and Tecumseh Street, this neighborhood park features basketball courts, playground equipment, and a picnic shelter complete with tables and grills. Picnic shelters can be rented by contracting the Parks and Forestry office.
321 S. McKenzie Street
Located on South McKenzie Street between Lincoln Avenue and Burr Street. Riverside Park is home to Bohn Pool and also features picnic shelters and tables, grills, electrical outlets, restrooms, playground equipment, basketball courts, a baseball field and sand volleyball courts. Picnic shelters can be rented by contacting the Parks and Forestry Office.
412 S. Main Street
Located at South Main Street and Michigan Avenue, this neighborhood park is a wonderful walking destination. It is highlighted by a beautiful sculpture that celebrates Harriett Kimbell Fee’s contributions to the City of Adrian. The park also features benches and floral gardens, and a beautiful gazebo. This is a popular park for an intimated outdoor wedding. Parking is limited.
302 Hunt Street
Home to many of Adrian’s extensive trails, walking paths, picnic shelters, a ball field and a beautiful outdoor amphitheater where the City Band performs each Thursday night during the summer. Trestle Park features raised boardwalks through natural areas near the river and is also a stop along the Kiwanis Trail. Perfect setting for concerts, weddings and group outings.
