Public Access Computer Terminal
As of February 5, 2004, the City of Adrian assessor’s office has completed installation of a public access computer terminal on the first floor counter by the assessor’s office. From this terminal, the general public, appraisers and title companies can access assessing information. Information can be researched by name, property address or parcel identification number. Examples of some of the information available from the public access terminal include: current sales data, current name/address information, property tax descriptions, assessed/taxable values, principal residence exemptions and land split/combination information.
The public access terminal is available during normal business hours 8:00am to 4:30pm.
