Residents can provide locational, descriptive, and photographic information as they see an issue in real time. Once the resident submits an issue, the City of Adrian will receive an alert. City staff can acknowledge the service request, route it to the proper department, and update the request once it has been resolved.
- Select Report tab
- Type address of issue in or drag the map icon to the location of the issue
- Click Next
- Choose a service request category from the drop-down menu that matches your issue or select other
- Enter the title of your issue, an additional description (optional), and attach an Image (optional)
- Click Submit
Engage Adrian is available to download as an app on iPhone and Android. Search your app store for: Engage Adrian
City of Adrian staff respond to Engage Adrian during our normal business hours of M-F from 8am-4:30pm. If you report an issue after hours staff will respond on the next business day. Once you have reported an issue you will receive a confirmation email. You can continue to check the status of your issue here on our website.
