The City of Adrian is closely monitoring the Coronavirus situation. On this page, you will find local, state, and federal resources for information. The City will continue to maintain communication with the Lenawee County Health Department and the State of Michigan, and closely monitor guidance from the CDC. In accordance with the Governor’s Executive Orders, the City of Adrian will be holding City Commission meetings virtually through an application called “Zoom”. The public may participate in these meetings via computer, tablet, smartphone, or telephone. The agenda format will remain the same and there will be time for public comment, which can be made through the chat feature, through audio on your device, or through the telephone. The next meeting of the Adrian City Commission is Monday, April 20, 2020 at 7:00pm. A meeting link and instructions will be posted on Thursday, April 16th, on the City website and social media, as well as included in the Agenda Packet. Governor Whitmer has issued an executive order, effective through April 13, 2020, to suspend all in-person activities that are not necessary to sustain or protect life. During this time, City of Adrian buildings and offices will remain closed to the public. Residents needing to speak with staff may do so via email or phone. Residents are asked to make payments via the drop box behind City Hall, online (www.adriancity.com) or by phone at 1-855-331-3635.

Public meetings of boards and commissions may be canceled. Notices regarding cancellations will be posted on the boards outside of City Hall, on the City website, social media accounts, and sent to local news media outlets. More information regarding the procedure for future meetings will be released at a later time.
Adrian DIAL-A-RIDE will remain open and operate during normal service hours:

City of Adrian Parks:
Until further notice, all playgrounds, equipment, and fields are closed. Please note the following when utilizing the parks. Gatherings are not allowed. Keep a distance of 6 feet from someone else. Wash your hands frequently. Do not touch your face, mouth, eyes or nose. Cover a cough or sneeze. If you are not feeling well, please stay home. This is for the safety and well-being of our residents.
