The city of Adrian will be installing seating areas in its downtown business district in 2014. These benches will serve as places for shoppers, diners, and families to sit and relax while they visit the downtown area.
A special feature of the project is the opportunity to have a bench donated in a person’s honor. A name placard with a brief message will be placed on each of these benches commemorating a resident who has made an impact in the Adrian community.
Cost: $800 per bench, covers the cost of the bench, its installation and the personalized placard.

In the memo line, please write, “Adopt A Bench” followed by the name of the individual you would like to honor with your contribution.
The goal is to have benches purchased, dedicated, and installed before Labor Day 2014.
