The City of Adrian is excited to announce the rebranding of its mobile app, formerly known as “Adrian Fix It”.
From tree branches to street issues, Engage Adrian makes it easy to report quality of life issues to the city of Adrian. Powered by SeeClickFix, the place‐based reporting platform allows residents to document neighborhood concerns and improvements alike, ranging from litter and flooding to damaged sidewalks and malfunctioning traffic signals.
Residents can provide locational, descriptive, and photographic information as they see an issue in real time. Once the resident submits an issue, the City of Adrian will receive an alert. City staff can acknowledge the service request, route it to the proper department, and update the request once it has been resolved.
By downloading the Engage Adrian app city residents will not only be able to report issues but can also receive city notices such as when snow emergencies are issued or when changes in city services occur.
The new Engage Adrian mobile app has added features – links to resources such as agendas, the City website calendar, trash and recycling services information, water bill payment, and much more.
