Adrian Announces Partnership with Web and Mobile Citizen Reporting Platform
From tree branches to street issues, Adrian Fix It will make it easy to report quality of life issues to the city of Adrian. Powered by SeeClickFix, the place-based reporting platform allows residents to document neighborhood concerns and improvements alike, ranging from litter and flooding to damaged sidewalks and malfunctioning traffic signals.
“We are excited to announce the launch of Adrian Fix It as an innovative way to empower residents to become engaged within the community by providing a user-friendly app that can be used to improve service delivery to citizens, enhance government responsiveness, and provide timely information regarding city services” City Administrator Shane Horn said.
With the online and mobile reporting platform, residents can report quality-of-life concerns through service request categories via:
- the City of Adrian website,
- mobile applications (iPhone, Android),
- the city’s facebook page: City of Adrian,
Residents can provide locational, descriptive, and photographic information as they see an issue in real time. Once the resident submits an issue, the City of Adrian will receive an alert. City staff can acknowledge the service request, route it to the proper department, and update the request once it has been resolved.
By downloading the Adrian Fix It app city residents will not only be able to report issues but can also receive city notices such as when snow emergencies are issued or when changes in city services occur.
To begin using Adrian Fix It download the app for iPhone or Android or visit the Adrian Fix It page on our website.
SeeClickFix is strictly for non-emergency services; any emergency should still be reported to 911.
